How Not to Sharpen a Blade
Pull Through Sharpeners
Pull through sharpeners strip metal off your blade leaving an uneven wavy edge. It may seem sharpers at first but soon it will be dull and dangerous. As you strip more and more metal off the blade, it becomes thicker and harder to sharpen leading to more pressure being placed on the blade to pull it through the sharpener.
